On Site Support

From simple faults with safety circuits not energising to more complex motion control issues, we are competent to work on your machines and use our knowledgebase of faults to help you get to the bottom of the issue. If the fault can be fixed on site then we will endeavour to do this, if a piece of equipment is found to be at fault we can return this to our workshop for repair.

Automation Supply
Struggling to locate a particular spare part?
Are you worried about certain obsolete parts on your machine?
Look no further. With decades of experience in automation products from PLCs to HMIs, power supplies to variable speed drives, we have a plethora of experience of hundreds of manufacturers products.
In many cases if a particular item is impossible to locate, we can recommend an alternative item which will carry out the same function, restoring production ASAP.
Martronic offer a full 12 month warranty from point of fitting on everything we supply, cleaned, refurbished, tested and ready to work.
PLC/HMI/Drive Backup
Martronic have the facility to back up and restore a wide range of PLC's, HMI's and drives.
With a multitude of cables, adapters, software compendiums and product knowledge, we can help you before you need to swap out a failing component or restore a backup from file. Every backup we take is stored securely on our cloud server, and emailed to you for your convenience.
Drive Upgrades
Are you experiencing ongoing issues with your variable speed drives?
Martronic have the capability to replace old, failing variable speed drives for new equivalents.
If you would prefer a particular brand we can accomodate this.
Whether it be a single drive in a cabinet, or 15 together, we have the capability to work with all existing manufacturers whether they use discrete stop start control or more complex multi node communications to a central PLC
